Gripping Psychological Thriller With a Brilliant Twist
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️As expected. Brand New Book!“The Silent Patient” completely pulled me in from the first chapter. If you enjoy slow-burning psychological thrillers with smart plotting and emotional depth, this book is a must-read.🧠 Plot Summary (No Spoilers):Alicia Berenson, a famous painter, shoots her husband five times and then never speaks another word. She’s sent to a secure psychiatric facility, where forensic psychotherapist Theo Faber becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth behind her silence. What unfolds is a tense, layered journey full of secrets, trauma, and one of the most satisfying twists I’ve read in a while.✍️ Writing Style:Michaelides writes in a clear, fast-paced style that keeps the pages turning. The short chapters make it easy to binge, and the alternating perspectives add depth without being confusing.🎨 What I Loved:• The psychological depth of the characters• The way art, silence, and therapy are woven into the narrative• The final twist — truly jaw-dropping and brilliantly executed📖 What Could Be Better:Some readers might find the pacing a bit slow at the beginning, but I personally thought the buildup was worth it.🎯 Final Thoughts:This book is a perfect blend of suspense and psychology. It kept me guessing until the very last page. Highly recommend to fans of Gillian Flynn, Paula Hawkins, or B.A. Paris.✅ Would I Recommend?Absolutely. A 5-star read that stays with you long after you close the book.

You've Got To Read This!
I just finished this book and I'm blown away by how this author crafted this story as well as he did for a debut novel, I'd read so many great reviews and recommendations online for "The Silent Patient" but was hesitant to read it. The cover didn't appeal to me. There were several reasons, but I can't remember them all at the moment. Let's just say curiosity got the better of me.So I started reading and I really wasn't drawn in at first. In fact, I considered stopping at page 49. However, I knew I needed to at least give it another 50 pages,or so and I am SO glad I did! I encourage you to stick with it no matter what. This novel is just WOW! Having just read it, I am still reeling. It winds and turns and weaves what seems confusing or contradictory messages, but it's worth the ride! There is no doubt that this is a psychological thriller that will stay with you. All of those reviews and recommendations out there mean something! I thought the last lines of the book kind of faded out the end, but it wasn't like a cliffhanger, more poetic because you know the end without any doubt at the conclusion. I loved the style and I just flat out highly recommend this book! READ IT!

Intriguing, well written...I was not able to stop
I've been scouring through "romantasy" books lately, listening to the hype and TikTok ads for them. And while some were great reads, I wanted to try something different. So I started blindly scrolling Kindle Unlimited and came across this book. The cover of course intrigued my thriller and horror loving brain and the synopsis seemed promising. I started to read around 2pm at work on a slow day. When quitting time came around, I couldn't stop. So I checked Audible, the audiobook was on sale so I bought it and listened on my way home, while cooking dinner and during my walk and while getting the kids and myself ready for bed. Then I laid down and picked my tablet up to continue reading. I fell asleep around midnight, woke up at 5 and started reading again. I kid you not, I could NOT stop myself from reading. The author has a very talented way of pulling you in, getting you attached to characters while at the same time ominously letting you know something big is coming and you NEED to get to it. I finished the book around 6am the morning after I started it. It's that good.My brain tried and tried to come up with the inevitable twist but I wasn't close. I'd tell you some of my theories but it will ruin it for you. Just read it and enjoy the ride! Well worth it!!

Awesome!
OMG what a mind blowing book! The story keeps you on the edge of your seat until the very end. You know someone once told me that therapist divided spells the rapist and that is what they do to your mind. This therapist is definitely psychotic!

Whiplash
I really don't have the words to describe this book. It is a spell binding story that captured me and kept me. It gave me whiplash in the end. I certainly recommend it. It is one of a kind and on track to be a true classic.
