Nice machine, temp is pretty much spot on. Only thing I don't like is when I close the top it pushes up a little at the top. That means I have to be careful not to get too close to the top.

This product is a great buy. You get a whole lot for the money. Works well and is sturdy. Seller is awesome also.

Try and upload a video to show everyone how poor quality this product is the hat press is unusable due to the fact that it won't swing over it there's Not enough clearance the to hit each other everything shakes it is poorly designed the tolerances are abysmal I knew I wasn't getting a great quality of product but selling this should make any manufacturer ashamed of their product

After only two weeks of use the mug press caught on fire and the wiring burned so I could not plug into control box.I bought a separate mug press to replace it. 1 month later the time switch for heat press broke so I had to hold the timer bar manually for it to work. 5 months into ordering, the control box would not work. Tried replacing the fuse and that did not work. It looked like the fuse did not prevent the control box from burning up. Useless and garbage do not buy

We bought this heat press in May 2019. It’s now November and this heat press is literally falling apart. The cord is melted, the on/switch only works sometimes, the control box smokes 75% of the time. Isn’t there any kind of warranty or customer service for this?

No instructions. i am not sure if I have all the pieces. I am going to return.

I purchased this machine back in April 2019 for a couple of small t-shirt print jobs for my family. Only used it about 5-6 times and the temperature setting started to malfunction. It won’t set at desired temperature. Big disappointment and waist of Mooney!

Horrible buy you are not able to put prints on the hats because the hats can’t fit due to the machine parts being so tight together. The timer is on the side very loose like it will fall off at any second
