Worked great. Hubby drives all day and needed something to warm lunch in and stop wasting money on fast food. He liked it a lot. Only downside was he didn’t like the smaller side didn’t heat as well. Still good.

Probably would’ve been a coveted gift if it didn’t look like it had been previously used
This was bought for a Yankee swap gift for an office party. I was disappointed in the packaging, it came crushed and looked as though it had been opened and returned. I didn’t have time to get something else, so I did the best I could to make it look presentable, but ultimately the recipient that ended up with it did not appreciate it, and most likely regifted it.

Incredible lunch box
Oh this was so awesome! Took my lunch to work in this straight out of the fridge, plugged it up at 12:20am and by 2:30 am my food was pipping hot like it had just been fixed straight off the stove!

it does not heat
I left a sandwich bun with cheese in here for over an hour. It didnt even melt the cheese, and the whole sandwich was cold on the inside. Only the bottom of the bun got warm.

Hard to clean but it works.
For cleaning purposes, It would make more sense if you could remove containers that you can place inside to heat up instead of having to place your food in directly and struggle to clean it later

Add removable container on the other side.
It's a good product but just a little bit concern about how to clean the inside of this product.. they should have another removable container also on the other side of it so it will be easy to remove/clean..
