WILD (The Ivy Chronicles, 3)

Where do I go from here ?
This book is 4.5 stars material. As soon as I finished my school week, I began reading and I did stop until I was done.I loved it.In Foreplay, we discovered Pepper and Reece. Along with them came Emerson and Shaw from Tease.Who are the last ones standing ?Georgia has been crushed by her break up with Harris. They were together for 4 years and although he wasn't always the nicest guy on Earth, he was a part of her life. But she still hurts. Not for Harris, but because of what he said her. What he said about her. That really stings. What better way to prove him wrong than to do the exact opposite of what she usually does ? She can be wild too. However, it is not that simple... Because she accidentally awoke some feelings. Now she is obsessed with Logan. The great womanizer they tried to set Pepper up with. Reece's kid brother. High school student. They are so wrong for each other. So wrong they may be, just may, be right.I think this book is a great finale. Logan is smoking hoooooooot ! (In my mind. Actually, most Logans in books or movies are the main characters of the romance.)i could understand Georgia way better than I did Emerson. Georgia is hurt. She tries to be her on woman but her need for approval is too important to really be independent. So she tries desperately to cling to the values she was taught to follow. The character was really interesting and very indecisive. Sometimes, it bothered me. "Be with him already !" But, ultimately, the story won over my usual annoyance for indecisive characters. She still had a story and a personality, and that was great !Logan was a good choice. Although Sophie Jordan said she didn't plan to put them together, I saw it coming from book 1. Logan was a funny and interesting character, for the same reason Reece was. And, doesn't the womanizer always fall for the only girl he can't have ? That being said, I have a huuuge problem with the character development. I love Logan, but I can't understand how he could come back for Georgia after the way she treated him repeatedly. I was still happy he did, but he almost seemed masochistic to me.All in all, this is a good end to a good trilogy. I loved the first book and I don't have any reproach to make about it. I was disappointed by the second one. And the third one was good, but not as perfect as the first one. Foreplay will remain my favorite (even if I like Logan better) and I couldn't have been happier reading the epilogue of Wild. Congrats Pepper and Reece !

Read This Twice in a Row. Fabulous NA Novel.
I absolutely loved reading Logan and Georgia's story in this fabulous NA romance. This is the third in the Ivy League series. The first book, featuring Reece and Pepper, is still my favorite of the three. But this third one takes second place. The characters were fresh and different and the plot line was interesting. It was by far the sexiest of the three novels. I loved it so much that I read it one sitting, went to sleep, then woke up and read it again in one sitting.Georgia is a good college student under her mother's thumb. She was the product of a disastrous affair and her mother keeps her under stiff supervision in fear that Georgia will turn out like her hippie father. It's a little silly, but I could relate to Georgia's situation. When I was in college I had many friends who hid things from their parents in fear they would lose financial support. I saw friends major in degrees their parents chose and so on. So I felt like Georgia's situation was realistic in that sense. Her mother controls her money and all of her choices.Something changes in Georgia though when she decides she wants to be her own person. She slowly starts down a path of finding independence. And Logan comes into her life at just the right time.Logan was marvelous. My goodness I loved reading his character. The words from his mouth... just amazing. I honestly struggled with his age (OMG... high school) but he still won me over. I really didn't think I would see the couple as long term but, by the end, I did. I was sold. I believed in their love.I loved that he's younger than her as it's refreshing to read about. I love that they are friends before lovers. I just loved them as a couple. It takes Georgia a long time to come to terms with her feelings for Logan. But I honestly felt it was realistic. I saw complaints on how long it took Georgia to trust Logan, but come on... he was still in high school when she first meets him! And knows him as a player. What college girl would throw herself at a kid who hooks up with everyone? It takes her time to get to know him and to overcome her first impressions, which I thought was totally understandable considering the circumstances.Read this novel if you love alpha males, lusty sexy romance, novels with self-discovery and if you want to laugh and cry with these two crazy kids.

Loved Georgia and Logan!
I am so incredibly sad that I have to say goodbye to this series! I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every book and this is the perfect series for New Adult fans. If you had asked me when I first started this series who I thought Georgia's love interest would be, I never in a million years would have said Logan. Not because I don't love him (cause I SOOOOO do), but just because they seemed so different. In the end though, I loved that the series went this way because they were great together. Logan is a bad boy who helps Georgia to loosen up and be wild and Georgia is the good girl who brings out the best in Logan. Now I know what you are thinking... another bad boy and good girl story? And yeah, essentially that is what we have here... BUT IT IS DONE SO WELL. I am not opposed to using a trope, just do the trope well and damn does Sophie do it well. The chemistry between these two is incredible! The tension is crazy and the steamy scenes are just that.... steamy (without being tacky). I also love that the book touches on New Adult elements outside the romance. Such as growing up and making decisions and drifting apart. These are things everyone deals with during their college years and I enjoyed seeing that portrayed. I liked watching Georgia learn that she had to stop living for everyone else (*cough*her mom*cough*) and start making decisions that made her life what she wanted it to be. I know I related to that aspect quite a bit, maybe not to the extremes of Georgia, but I could really understand how she felt. All in all, Wild was a great addition to The Ivy Chronicles! This series is everything you expect from New Adult and somehow more. I am so sad to say goodbye to Georgia, Logan, Emerson, Shaw, Pepper, and Reece but I know I will be visiting them again!

Great read
I read the series out of order, something i never do. You do not have to have read the previous books to understand this one. Logan is a sweetheart, and a great hero in this book. Georgia is a conflicted heroine, who can be a little annoying but its understandable, she is trying to be herself, the herself she has never been allowed to be. its a hot read, it has emotion and i enjoyed reading about the pair.
