It's a sweatband. Aside from the Champion logo, it's probably identical to a sweatband you could order for like 23 cents on AliExpress. I have a medium sized head and it fits perfectly. I'm using it to keep my hair out of my face, since it's getting long and I want to grow it out. Useful for that.One star deducted because wearing this sweatband does not make me feel sporty.
