We have a vestibule to the office of our church. The secretary constantly had to get up to answer the door and didn't know eho was there until she opened the door. We installed this now she can open the door from her desk and see who is out there before letting them in.

I had a small hitch initially on the clarity of the picture and thought it was a bad or faulty Item supplied. However, later on after an Electronic Technician checked the installation pertaining to the wiring system , it turned out to be the issue with my "old cable" that was installed some 23 years ago for similar system but of an older version , as I did not use the cable that was supplied with the Unit in the box . Once this old Cable was removed and the new cable installed everything was perfect indeed I was very happy and satisfied with the Product , a good value for money in relation to the Brand and the Model that I selected which I now believe it was an excellent product choice.......

I can not find one positive about this bell. So for the smart buyer I’ll be brief. It’s built so cheap m. The chime is so nasty. It sounds like someone plugging a speaker into a titanic vhs and drowning it in acid. No, seriously, the chime has the titanic theme and it sounds so bad.Video quality, you are better off taping a 30 dollar phone to your door, not only would you get better images but it would probably last longer. I haven’t even installed this camera. I am an audio visual expert with years of experience and this has to be the worst product I have ever purchase. I’m not sure how this is an amazon choice. I can’t find one good thing about it. The camera it’s self feels like it’s made out of repurposed plastic that would be used to make happy meal toys. I’m telling you. This thing is bad. I love saving money but you could latterly strap a disposable camera to the front of your house and have a better experience.

Shipping is fast. I needed a doorbell in hurry and glad to receive it in time. Works as expected. Easy to install. Good to have such a video doorbell at home. The price is also great compared to other product I've seen.

It works, but one has to really work and making it work. There isn't enough supplied cable to run through the garage, let alone into the house and on a wall. Same for the cabling from display one to display two. One would think that an average need would be supplied, just add the cost to the kit. What would it cost, another ten dollars. Like others are stating, it's cheep, both to the feel and to the eye. But it does work and works better than the more expensive unit that I originally purchased and returned. Last but not least, if you need installation instructions, not just pictures, this unit may not work for you.

Like the fact that it does not allow you to cheat. You must turn on the video, that is, you get to see who is at the door bell before you unlock. Would have preferred if the microphone on the monitor were more sensitive. You have to go close for it to be effective. But the microphone at the door bell picks up quite well. Please allow the option of additional monitors.

The product is OK, but the manual is too bad. The font is too small, and the picture and text are not on the same page.
