More like 2.5gpm, no actual restrictions, and leaks.
It works, but the 1.5gpm is completely false. There's no flow regulator in this thing so it tries to depend on the holes alone which don't decrease flow at all. My water heater said this thing was using 2.5gpm. It also leaks out the bottom edge of the green ring, sometimes randomly sideways and out of your shower. The saving grace was the hose it comes with which is very very nice.

It was great but now it’s broken.
It was an awesome shower head for two months but then it broke. Kind of disappointed but like I say it was absolutely great at first. It couldn’t have been too bad because I just ordered two more.

Broke twice
This shower head is really cheaply made. After ten days of use, the faceplate popped out of place which caused water to spray out of the sides with a loud high-pitched whine. I returned it for a replacement which broke again in the same way, this time after 15 days of use. I am returning it for a refund this time and would absolutely recommend that folks shop around for a different shower head.

Not high pressure. Kept for the extra nozzle.
Not high pressure at all. Disapointed. Did come with a smaller nozzle that I use at my utility sink. So I kept instead of return.
