Love it,improved sleep and reduced my period cramps

Brilliant product and tastes so nice.

Ordered to try as the usual product is currently unavailable.The colour is different to thd usual magnesium B6 I order, so I was sceptical to start with.However, it did the job and helped me to have a good night sleep, which has been a bit of an issue currently due to dull pain in my knee after a bike crash.My child has also been taking liposomal magnesium for a while and the sleep is better, mood has improved as his body gets a decent rest at night.So far,happy with the product.

This has given me a few good nights sleep so I was pleasantly durprised.

Good for kids

Absolutely loaded with sugar. The very worst thing you should take right before sleep. I’ve had to throw mine away. What a shame as drops are a great idea - but so stupid to make it so sweet. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I am very surprised just how sweet this liquid is - tastes like strawberry syrup so possibly not good for your teeth. Have not noticed any benefits personally therefore perhaps I was already getting enough magnesium etc from my food. Will not re-purchase.

If you are like me and have done your research about magnesium you will be aware of the benefits of taking it.I prefer to take my supplements in a liquid form as they are absorbed quicker. Also I am not a fan of taking tablets.This liquid comes with a dropper. Now on the box it says to take 1 dropper a day, but on the Amazon page info it says 2 droppers worth, 2ml. Now the dropper does have measurements on it, but the bulb isn't strong enough to pull up more than 0.75ml.. I have been taking 2 droppers worth a day, it's easy to take as it tastes so nice. I have had no stomach issues with this product.I think it is good value, the 2 bottles provide 120ml of product = 60 days supply.
