Realspace® Tresswell Bonded Leather High-Back Chair, Black/Silver

I really like our chair but I also don't sit in it for really long periods though. I find it very comfortable, and seems to be made of quality materials.

I've always been a fan of Realspace chairs, especially their Harrington chair. Now that I've completely used and worn out my old one, it was time to replace - and this is the closest I could find in design. It's very comfy, definitely the same brand and overall shape, although the pillow at the top was a bit too tall/too firm for my preference. I'm 5'3" and it was pushing my head forward out of alignment with my neck. (A lot of chairs do this at my height, it's not surprising to me.)To fix it, I took a seam ripper and undid the seam along the very top of the pillow, pulled the foam out (it's just a few large/solid pieces) and adjusted it. I ended up cutting the foam horizontally down the middle and then letting most of it settle at the bottom of the pillow rather than the top, and now it's a much more comfortable shape for me. Does it look perfect? No, but it's not so bad either, and I could sew it back up pretty easily if I wanted. It's an affordable fix for a comfortable chair! Highly recommend, especially if you're a bit taller than me.

Very comfortable on the back

This is a good desk chair for the price. It was difficult to put together due to the arm bolts were very short so I need to literally push down pretty hard to get the bolts to catch but other than that its a good chair.

I've had this less than a year and in that time it was delivered to me with cosmetic defects, which the company gave me a small credit to make up for, and then now pieces of the padding on the left armrest and back piece have deteriorated and lumped up in certain areas and it's the most uncomfortable thing ever. I can feel a bolt under my left arm and it drives me crazy. Hurts my arm to where I have a put extra padding there to help. I tried to call their customer service today and was treated terribly by a supervisor named Abby. Tried to tell me I would have to wait 4 MONTHS for the backordered pieces. She Yelled at me, talked over me, talked to me like a child. Worst customer service call I've ever been a part of. I had to call the corporate customer service to get help and have them review the call to reprimand her. No wonder they get 1.7 stars on Google reviews. To be fair, the guy I spoke with at corporate was great and he even ended up refunding my money which I didn't ask for. Great resolution but an absolutely awful customer experience. Will never purchase another product from them again. Abby, Mrs supervisor from Texas, you need to find a new job. You're awful and give the company a terrible name

Easy to put together for the most part. One of the bolts I had a difficult time so I came back to it after taking a break & went in. Came with everything you need to put it together. This is used in a medical office for one of the dr’s & is comfortable. Durable, easy to wipe down, & comfortable. Moves nicely on a plastic rug protector.

This was fairly easy to assemble, the support is nice and i can lean back in it without any issues. I'd dare say its comfortable enough when reclining back that you could almost fall asleep. So far its been the best office chair I've had to date.Having said that, after owning this for several weeks now, i see that the cushion isn't the best if you intend to sit for more than an hour or 2 at the time. Due to my working from home due to Covid-19, I've been spending a great deal of time in this chair and I once got very busy and ended up sitting down for almost 3 hours. When i got up, i truly felt ache in my posterior for a couple of minutes. I'd not noticed this previously due to my not sitting in it continuously for a long time. Since then, I've spent more time being conscientious about the amount of time i sit and ensure i get up for a few minutes every 90min to 2 hours to be sure and I've had no issues since.Again, for the mount I paid, and compared to all my previous chairs, its been the best I've had so long as i don't sit for an extended period of time.

Comfortable chair and it has a good secure feel while moving around in it.
