Very comfortable and stable chair. Lifting mechanism works very well and tilt tension is easy to adjust. Assembly only took about 30 min using only the included Allen wrench - be sure to follow the simple directions carefully and don’t get in a hurry & risk cross-threading the bolts. Great value and comfort, especially at this price. Delivery was fast.

A valued and discriminating friend had sat in every chair in an office box store. This chair was his pick, and when I tried his, I was very happy - It even adjusted for my 5'2" frame. This seller had a better price than the box store, and I love my new chair! I am sitting at a computer teaching from home, and this chair corrected sciatic irritation. I was pleased to see so few parts to assemble and the superior packaging. My only challenge was needing a second pair of hands due to the wonderful "cush" surrounding the bolt holes. I found no problem with the holes themselves.

This is a nice looking piece of office furniture. Assembly was a bit of a pain because it was difficult to get some of the bolts started, especially for the connection of the seat back to the chair arms. I had to use a lot of care not to strip any of the bolts because I couldn't see where/how exactly they were lining up with the pre-drilled holes. It just took a little longer than I thought it would. Chair comfort is just okay. Curiously, the chair is nicely cushioned everywhere except for where my butt settles. The design should have more padding there and it would be perfect. As is, four stars seems an accurate overall rating.

First of all it took 30 min to put it together including unpacking. All parts were individually wrapped in paper bags and some boxes. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. All you need is the screws and tool that comes with the set. I was nervous because of some reviews about back rest holds not aligning; one you put the first set of screws that support the back you lift the back and just swing it a little back and forth until the second hole screws align. Most important do not tight all the way the arm rest screws until the back is in place. I found it very easy and a shoutout to the team who designed this chair ; well thought with customer in mind. The seat is wide (22 in) and deep (22); this is a few inches more than other chairs and supports well the back of my knees. I am 5’5”, the chair is in the lower setting and my feet rest on the floor; the back supports my entire head. If you are tall still will support your neck. I love that I don’t feel like I am leaning forward like other chair I need a foot rest to keep my body in place. I highly recommend it. This chair is a game changer in comfort for the ones of us that spend over 8 hours at the desk.

Got this chair for Christmas was very disappointed in the qualityContacted and wrote the company 3 times no response and returning it.Back of chair has terrible seams, slack, and staples showing at the bottom, very sloppy and poor quality.

Great quality and extremely comfortable!

This chair is OK at best. It was fairly simple to assemble. Instructions are easy to read and self explanatory. The wheels are loud when rolling. Not smooth glide like other chairs in the same price range. The upholstery is vary soft. A little too soft for my tastes. When I put pressure on the armrest to adjust my seating position. The upholstery is so soft I can feel the plastic fastener poking my forearms. The backrest cushion could bee a bit thicker. It is uergonomic but the lumbar support feels like there is a uncousioned metal bar across my back. In my humble opinion there are better options in that price range. I tested the chair for 3 weeks. Unfortunately I will be returning the chair.

Poitives: Great value for the price. Comfortable office chair for 8+ hrs day. Sure, a $1k chair may be more satisfying, but for $130 I don't think it can be beat. Way more comfortable and ergonomic to me than gaming chairs.Good height adjust for most common 27-30" desks. Chair is able to lean back slightly, which I love. 7 months from initial purchase, 40+ hours a week, it still functions and looks like new (including the "leather" covering).Cons: It can be a major pain to put together (arms especially) but is doable, even solo. I must have forgot that caveat as 7 months from initial purchase, I just recieved and built my second chair for a home office. Again, it's a pain, but you only build it once so I went for it. Chair can also get noisier as it breaks in (creaky), but again, price to performance I'm not going to complain.
