I bought cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise and I often boil them in the morning together with water and let them sit and make the house smell so good and then I drink that water in soda water with ice or simply sip it and it’s really delicious. And also super healthy. Look it up: the benefits of all three of these things for your health. I also like to chew on cinnamon sticks since I was a kid and I had forgotten about that so now I chew on them also on cloves, great for your mouth health and Your breath. Enjoy!
