Nordic Ware Classic Fluted Loaf Pan, 6 Cup, Gold

I love this little Bundt loaf pan! It’s heavy-duty, beautiful, and just the right size for when I don’t need to make a huge cake. I sprayed it well with baking spray, the kind with oil and flour, just before pouring the batter in. I let it cool in the pan for 20 minutes, and it turned out of the pan with barely a crumb left behind. It was super easy to clean in soapy dish water. It would make a perfect gift for the baker in your life. My cake tastes great, and the design came out crisp and well-defined. Even though it had no protection in the shipping envelope it arrived in, there were no scratches on it. I store all of my Bundt pans in cloth bags to protect them from scratches.

I love this beautiful little loaf pan! I wanted to really test it out before reviewing the Nordic Ware fluted loaf pan. I saw the pan on a recipe video and was so enamored with the finished loaf I had to have it. Over Christmas I used the pan 8 times! Almond Pound cake looked beautiful for covering the bottom of the pan with sliced almonds after spraying- before the batter was poured in! And Eggnog cakes that I usually bake in a Nordic Ware "Church" Bundt pan.One "cake" recipe makes 2 "loaves" - so that was pretty cool to give fancy looking loaves of basic Pound cake to a couple of neighbors 👍 I really thinned the glazes so it didn't hide the beautiful fluting.Years and years ago my old Auntie taught me to put the heavy Nordic Ware pans in the fridge before greasing and flouring, while I'm mixing the batter and preheating the oven. I've always done it with my "Church" pan and my detailed "Flower" pan - which are *one cake & done*. But I only refrigerated the fluted loaf pan the first time (after that I just wiped it out w/ paper towels and sprayed it well after it cooled - I was speed baking!) I used the "Baker's Joy" spray into the cold pan and made sure all the crevices were covered. The refrigerated "cold pan" works well for summer baking because the baking spray stays put all around the sides instead of puddling in the bottom. I had no "sticking" issues with any of the loaves. The "spray generously and use a brush to get it in the creases" is excellent advice.If I ever find hazelnuts in a grocery store, I'll try the "Hazelnut Espresso Cake Loaf" recipe included on the back of the Nordic Ware packaging. Buy the pan. You'll love the results!I must admit I was lucky the pan was is good condition after being shipped in a big envelope. No padding, no box... coulda been a smashed disaster but I totally lucked out.

I adore the pan's elegant details and shape, and the end handles to help lift it out from the oven. I was so excited when I opened up the package that I cleaned it immediately and whipped up a recipe for one loaf of chocolate zucchini bread. This is not my first Nordic ware bake pan, so I was very particular about prepping the interior crevices with vegetable shortening lubrication followed by a good flour dusting. Nevertheless, a piece of the cake stuck to the mold when I attempted release it after the 4 minutes of in the pan cooling. DARN IT! The loaf baked evenly. Yes, this is a good value for the item, and yes, it's easy to clean immediately after use. But that cake piece sticking prevents a five star review. I will return and update the review if the next time I use it I achieve a perfect result. Perhaps the first time it's a beginner's jinx.

This makes a beautiful loaf cake and feels high quality. It’s sturdy but not too heavy.

This is the very nice pan and works well. But it's smaller than I thought it would be.

Ich habe die Backformen erst kürzlich entdeckt. Und bin leider schon hoffnungslos verliebt. ;)Der Preis ist zwar hoch aber die Freude über das perfekte Ergebnis, ist jeden Cent wert. Ich sprühe die Form mit einem Trennöl ein und verteile es dann nochmal mit dem Pinsel. Für die Kastenform habe ich ein Grundrezept halbiert und es passt prima. Der Kuchen wird gleichmäßig gar und brennt nirgends an. Das Herauslösen gelingt kinderleicht. Ich empfehle die Formen uneingeschränkt. Meine nächste Anschaffung wird die 4er Gugelhupfform. (Hüpf) :)Berichte dann auch über das Ergebnis.

Posso solo ripetermi. Ogni stampo acquistato ha confermato la qualità del marchio e la fattura indipendentemente dalla decorazione scelta. Anche le più elaborate e dettagliate forme garantiscono un risultato senza pecche anche a chi voglia cimentarsi senza esperienza.

Como buen Nordic Ware, es una buena inversión si te gusta que tus panes, panques o bizcochos tengan una hermosa presentación además del rico sabor que le das e incluso podrías dejar como pasteles naked. En cuestión de precio esta bien porque he comprado otros moldes de la misma marca (aclaro que no fue en Amazon), mucho más caros, pero este no es enorme pero dada su capacidad, grosor y calidad del material, lo vale.

I love this pan. It makes the most beautiful cakes. I grease it with baking pam ( with flour) or bakers joy , then brush the insides to make sure all surfaces are covered. I let the cake cool in the pan about 15 minutes. The cakes just slide out. It washes very well. Highly recommend it
