I didn't observe any measurable effects of using this dietary supplement.My review is based on the fast shipping and the price. 4 stars for the quantity of pills. The pills were all intact. No adverse effects, but also no beneficial effects that I could detect.

Bought after my old ones expired in 2017
I was taking this while I was pregnant to help with headaches and body aches... I flipped over the bottle and realized it expired in 2017! So naturally I bought the same brand so I would have to same results. Very helpful! The size makes it easy to swallow and it helps with my muscle cramps while breast feeding and headaches, since I can't take my migraine meds!
