Does anyone think this is sensitive enough to test for a microwave oven leak?

This meter measures up to 8 Ghz... microwave ovens operate in the frequency of 2.45 Ghz... this meter will easily test for microwave oven leaks... I've done this many times.

Does it pick up ELF and Microwave RADIATION?

This meter picks up microwaves, but not ELF. It picks up electromagnetic radiation at frequencies from 200 MHz up to 8000 MHz which includes microwaves and most RF frequencies. ELF is "Extremely Low Frequencies" near 60 Hz (power line frequency) so for that you'd need a gaussmeter. All these types of electromagnetic radiation are often referred to as EMF (Electromagnetic Fields).

Does this pick up cellphone data/tower, wifi, and Bluetooth frequency?

This meter perfectly and accurate measures the radio frequency (also known as microwave) radiation that transmits from cellphones, wi-fi, bluetooth, cell towers, microwave ovens, wireless printers, mice and keyboards, and cordless phones. When you ask if it "picks up cellphone data" this is not the correct terms. No it does not pick up "cell phone data." However, yes, it will measure the radiation from cell phones.

How can the RF source be determined using the sound signature?

You can listen to sample sounds on manufacturer's product page https://emfields-solutions.com/detectors/acoustimeter.asp You can also often find an RF source because the sound gets louder and the readings larger as you get closer to a source.
