Great hit with the kids on our trips to the beach and on a lazy weeknight at home - make the best grilled cheeses. It has a good construction and easy to clean, once you figure out how to take apart and put it back together.

This thing made cooking grilled cheese sandwiches and paninis so easy. Until it broke. The way the handles are attached doesn’t make it possible to fix. I probably used it 20 times or so in those 6 months and would’ve hope for it to last longer.

In the description it states it is cast iron. We have an induction cook top. I believe it is cast aluminum, will not work. I gave it to my daughter. I’m waiting to hear from the company, if they make one in cast iron I will buy it.

I had a diablo toasted sandwich maker - and although I loved the output there was a lot of waste and a small final product. This toaster takes standard size bread and no waste - it is so ease to use and comes apart for cleaning - better than a standard electric one as there is no 'debris' from previous uses. So impressed bought one for my daughter (who also loves it) and of course you can make a giant filling and have it as dark or as light as you want. Only draw back - you have to stay with it but I think it is super fast so no real hardship

UmSt. erscheint erst nach dem Kauf auf der Rechnung. Der Toaster wurde im Urlaub ~5 mal verwendet - die Beschichtung löst sich innen. Einfach nur Schrott.

Excellent product. Safe to use and makes great toasties. Food doesn't leak out. It's nonstick and doesn't take much cleaning. I love it. Would definitely recommend.

Bought one of these around 18 months ago and it worked on our induction hob, wanted a second for cooking on a portable induction hob when camping unfortunately they have changed to materials as the new one does not work with induction. Instead it gets slightly warm and then hob throws an error. Disappointing but the item itself is good and would recommend for other hob types - makes lovely toasties and really easy to clean (far better than the electric type toastie makers!)
