Pick-and-Squeeze Kalamansi (Calamansi)

Good stuff. Tastes great!

Love the Kalamansi! Ordered this primarily for my wife (from Philippines) but I ended up using it more than she did. It makes a great drink hot or cold mixed with just water. A spoonful in a glass of coke or sprite will make you a convert. I also has uses in cooking, but I haven't gotten that far yet. In the Philippines the Kalamansi is used instead of lemons and you'll find the small Kalamansi trees growing around many homes. To me the taste is a blend of lemon and lime. I think I'm hooked on this stuff.

My husband turned me on to Calamansi drink. We use to drive over 30 minutes to a Asian store to get this. Love that I can order on Amazon. The 1st order came in 2 days, this time I'm having to wait 2 weeks. But that's okay.

Created exactly the light juice I needed for a cocktail recipe.

Product has a bitter aftertaste. I have tried a similar product and it didn’t have a bitter aftertaste. This product seemed to be made out of the peel of calamansi, and not the pulp. Unfortunately, I can’t return it since they have a policy regarding food safety. A TOTAL RIPOFF! DON’T BUY!

Not as strong a kalamansi flavor as I had hoped for, but still good. Incredibly high sugar content.
