XBOX Console (Renewed)

I appreciate the time and effort put into how well it was packed. Shows someone really cares for there work. Clean works well when plugged in. Worth it.

Horrible experience and purchase. I was sent an xbox that doesn't read brand new disc's. It turns on but doesn't read any games, often confusing them for dvds. It makes a loud humming noise when trying to read the disc's and often the opening mechanism gets stuck. I spoke to the supplier and they want me to pay to send it back before they issue me a replacement or refund my money. Two months later and I'm left with a wasted $200 and a broken xbox. Very unsatisfied.

The packaging was great. the controller had everything working and was clean. The cables work great (might want to get a converter to HDMI as well). The only thing "wrong" was big scratches on the top and some minorly loose ports, but that kinda stuff is expected from a 20-year-old Xbox. Games run well and work fine. Don't be expecting great-resolution gaming though. This is 20 years old after all. Check out PC emulators if you prefer high resolution.

I know there's other Xboxes like Xbox 360 and Xbox One and of course Xbox series X and you cannot forget in the early 2000s that's where the original Xbox come in and what's great is that you don't need no memory card there is already a hardware Drive and it actually comes with the controller which thank goodness they didn't forget the controller and when I turned on there's actually free music that you didn't actually have to buy and it has the best 3D games of time better than the 2D pixel games and you want the 3D golden classic games I suggest the original Xbox that came out back in 2001 will do it

The system starts up just fine but the disk drive will not open. I bought the product as a backup and did not test it out before the return window closed. Certainly my issue for not vetting it accordingly but the fact that it was sold and does not function properly is very disappointing. I would be willing to sent it back to the seller for a functioning system but I doubt that's an option at this point.

So far so good. it is my third original xbox I ordered from Amazon and it seems to function the best. the first one overheated. The second one didn't even open up. The only thing wrong with this one is it will not play certain games. Possibly because the disk is damaged I will by new games as they are cheap and go from there. I have 90 days to see if I will keep it. but so far it seems to be ok.

I don't think what I ordered was quite worth the price. The console and controller were very clean and packaged very well, but the disc tray opens up whenever I hit the button to insert a disc. Whenever the disc tray stays closed, the console has performed flawlessly thus far. I've only played it for about 2 hours though, so we'll see how this goes.
