audio crossovers can be a very complicated subject.i wanted to see if i could improve the sound of a cheap but good pair of speakers.after some research i concluded that this 2 way crossover employed a 1st order 6dB/octave filter for the woofer and a 2nd order 12dB/octave filter for the tweeter,a common cofiguration.the units were well made and you will need to solder the speaker leads to fit them.i think that they improved the sound of my speakers but not being an audio engineer this just my opinion and not the result of empirical testing but i could not have made them for this price.

Well made for price, I used them to improve crossover point of car mid/treble door speakers its made a massive difference, much cleaner vocals.

Last I checked the crossover for this was supposed to be 3500Hz and yet my main speakers are getting everything from 100 up to 20,000Hz. A filter that doesn't filter is just a waste of parts.

I have used this product before in one of my other projects. However this time the product arrived faulty and non operational. However with some part replacement and some soldering I managed to repair it and could complete my project on time.

Schneller Einbau auch nachträglich, ohne Bauteile löten, Rumfummeln und Probieren...alles fertig berechnet und montiert, es müssen nur die Lsp eingeschleift werden. Der Sound ist ok und die max. Leistungsbelastung für normale Wohnverhältnisse ausreichend.

Good Crossovers for small Speakers!

Vecchie casse due vie Technics, piccole (6L) con Basse reflex. Indeciso se sostituire Woofer e Tweeter, ho provato a sostituire i filtri originali (dei basici RC che più basici non si può) con questi e la differenza è notevole. Inaspettato considerato che sono comunque casse "economiche". In generale componenti e montaggio sono buoni e ben realizzati; da considerare che le dimensioni sono generose. Gli alti sono presenti e chiari, il suono sembra distribuito meglio e più equilibrato. L'impressione è che ora cantino meno come volume, probabilmente perché ha tolto l'eccesso di medi del veccchio. Ci vorrà un po' di tempo per abituarsi e apprezzare effettivamente la bontà di questo upgrade. Test eseguito con CD di vario genere (pop, hard rock, beat).
