This book can be life-changing. It describes how our mind works. There is one part of the brain that wants to think logically based on facts and perspectives the other part is the one that brings feelings in like anger, happiness, excitement. This is the chimp.The problem is the information is received by the chimp before it goes to the Human. Hence, managing the chimp is important. We can't control the chimp by willpower as it's 10x more powerful than human. This book gives us great tips to live with the chimp and manage it in our favour. Chimp is not always wrong.We need to remove the gremlins/goblins that are rooted into our mind's computer and replace them with Autopilots.There are some awesome thoughts on the concept of success, relationships, happiness, etc.The language is very simple. Overall, an amazing book to read!!!

Ever wondered why do we lost into unnecessary thoughts before a big presentation or while confronting someone?If your answer is "Yes!", then surely to understand the WHY, you must read this book. The book talks about the details of how our brain works and how it reacts in different situations. It separates different segments of the brain to Human, Chimp and Computer and talks about how they are related, and how to overcome the stress and anxiety along with feel more confident.I'm no psychiatric, but this book helped me to understand WHY I react in some situation , and HOW I could easily calibrate my mind to make the relationship or bonding a better shape.

Great book! This book has definitely changed the way I would think or behave. I always felt I needed someone to tell me the right way to react to situations and this book has done it right. Now I feel more confident to face the challenges that I come across.
