You get what you pay for...
I bought these as a flash sale...$15.99..for a queen set. The color is good, and they are soft...but I hate them. The elastic is thin and loose in the casing, and I get the joy of totally remaking the bed every day. All 4 corners pull off so easily its nuts. The description says "Fits a Mattress Up To 15''" and I guess they 'fit'...but the sheet BARELY goes around the mattress, and I measured mine at 14". There's just not enough fabric, or elastic to make these useful. i'd return them, but i've already washed and slept on them...I'll probably use them for some craft thing for my grandkids...and I'm shopping for sheets...again.

These are microfiber!
I thought this sheet set was too good to be true for the price! These are 100 percent microfiber. I was surprised at how unusually soft and lightweight they were before I washed them and noticed it again as soon as I took them out of the dryer. They were as light as toilet paper! They just didn't look or feel like the all the cotton sheets I have or owned. On the outside label of the package it said Heavy Weight 300 thread count cotton sateen. On looking upon the tags, the sheets themselves have care instructions on them, but tags themselves do not state what material you are caring for...super sneaky. My children have microfiber sheets on their beds and I am very familiar with that type of textile. This was the first time in the last eight years where I have called Amazon and complained of being completely duped by an outside seller. Amazon was great at fixing the problem!

Surprisingly good value
For a price of $9 plus $12 shipping you don't expect much in a set of sheets so these turned out to be a really good value. I've only been sleeping on them for a few weeks now but there are no problems. Obviously they are not really thick or heavy material, but not flimsy either. I have had other cotton sateen sheets that were more satin-like and these are not satiny. But they are quite soft right out of the package, like sheets that have had many washings. They are similar in feel to microfiber, in a good way. I've already ordered a second set!

flimsy, poor quality, to be returned
Just opened the package today, and these sheets are soft no doubt, but very thin and flimsy looking. Will be returning them asap.I have bought sheet-sets and duvet covers via Amazon several times over the last 5 years, and always had the feeling that the information on the site over-hyped the product and reality was quite different. Almost all the sheets would get a 1-star for durability. 10+ years ago never had so much difficulty finding quality sheet that retained their shape and lasted a long time. I guess it is this age of super-charged marketing efforts. As you can guess, this is not one of those paid reviews that are so common on amazon.com.

Super Soft, value, no shrinking
I was apprehensive at first about these after reading several reviews saying sheets were thin but went ahead and the price was so tempting. Bought two sets, one in light blue. These have pockets deep enough for our king with pillow-top and haven't shrunk from washing. Nice elastic across the ends, they are really smooth and do shift some but not like most sheets that creep off the corners and soon you are rolled up in it. The sheet is fairly thin as in very light but the weave is nice and tight as well, the fabric doesn't seem to stretch out of shape. I've so far had these for a couple of months and am so thrilled to find such nice sheets at a value price, will absolutely purchase again.

Attracts lint balls almost immediately.
So I got these sheets sets and was really happy with how soft they were, however after only washing them once (whereby I followed the instructions on the label) I noticed that these soft sheets would have spots where they would attract little lint balls all over and become extremely scratchy. I wasn't sure if this was a faulty set that I got so I tried to message the seller in those automatic emails that the seller sends to all buyers saying if there are any issues, please contact them, and well I did nearly over a week ago and no one has ever even bothered to respond. Both the sheet set and the customer service were disappointing and it upsets me because these really could have been a great pair.

Just what I was looking for
I bought these for my 10-inch queen mattress, and they fit just right! The color is definitely more ivory than beige, but I'm not complaining. They're nice and soft, especially after washing. I haven't noticed any pilling or other issues. They're more of a lightweight sheet, but not paperthin. I was a little bummed that the shipping was more than the cost of the sheets, but even buying two sets, it still cost me less than 1 set of most similar sheet sets, which is great for a student on a budget like me!

You get what you pay for.
I guess I was expecting a little more. The cotton is soft but the stripping is almost non exsistant. The hems are folded under with a single straight stitch not a finished edging or overcast stitch. Maybe I'm being too picky for the small amount of $$ but im worried that after first wash the hems will fray and come loose. The cotton material is like a very natural cotton with very little body or substantial hand to it. At the price point there is little point in returning as the cost wound of the return would negate the return so I am keeping them, but expect to be doing some sewing on them after the first washing. I have them on a queen bed with top mattress that's 12" deep and they fit fine. Hope this helps your decision.
