Back Support - Lumbar Back Brace - Lower Back Belt for Pain Relief and Injury Prevention - Double Adjustment For Men and Women and Sizes

I have constant lower back pain which can sometimes leave me struggling to walk, sleep, lift my baby and on the verge of tears. My pain was a 9/10 the three days before i searched for a long lasting product - gels and heat patches add up in expenses. When it arrived i put it on immediately and have now had 3 pain free days while wearing it, doing everything i did before as usual! The most I've felt it slight discomfort every now and again and pain at night, but am considering wearing the belt at night too. It provides excellent support to exactly where i need it and yes you are wearing a belt, but that's such a small price to pay when considering the alternative of the non stop pain. Highly recommended and cheap too! Im buying a second one so i can wash and wear one after the other. It's like a miracle! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this one deserves it and am hoping it helps someone else too in what can be a desperate search for something to ease the pain :)

Using it has been wonderful. Just need to build up how long u have it on. But great when going around my day to day busines. Helping to improve my posture and giving relief to my severelower back pain. Beauty about it you can adjust the straps your comfort. I do think that if you are size 14/16 like I am, probably best to get the medium one coz the 2 top straps tend to meet together so hopefully the medium gives u more room to stretch . I bought the large and it has been lovely but I will purchase the medium shortly and will see if my thoughts are right.

The lumbar support arrived in good time and I started to wear it immediately. The belt is well made of tough materials and should last a long time. It gives plenty of support and therefore relieves the pain.

I bought this for my wife who suffers regular back pain. She initially found it difficult to use, until she figured out the adjustable elesticated sections. After that she really got on well with it. She has found that the support does just what it says on the tin, it supports and straightned her up in no time at all. She has said that it is a little bulky to wear out under fitted clothes and about but is invisible under loose fitting tops and good fro around the house. I have tried it myself and found it really comfortable to wear and woudl recommend it especially as it is so flexible.

This is as described in terms of looks and fit. Due to the Velcro, it's easily adjustable just be careful washing it! Please not this is NOT a waist trainer. This works by making you really hot and sweaty around the middle so recommended for when doing exercise. Also note this is bulky, you could not get away with wearing this under 'normal' clothes unless you had something very baggy/several layers. Also, be careful exercising. As I say, it makes you very hot so probably best to not use this in summer in your conservatory (I've had to stop using mine now, even in my cool living room and with doors/windows open it's too hot)

My husband find this helpful for pain and back support. It made a difference as soon as he started to use it. Quick delivery too..we are happy. I need size large for myself.. I ordered for myself too. The xl . I felt better after few day of using it. The pain I had was caused by taking care of my husband after his accident. He used the belt with great results thus why I bought mine. Im so happy about this product and I buying again for my brother. Its worth it.

I had aches in RHSide which actually became much more manageable taking Paracetomol. I think the aches were caused by sitting in tiny plane seats for 2 trips , over a weekend. I find the belt gives me confidence in reaching or bending, as the spasm would present and I would want to fall down. I do not get the spasm with the belt. It's easy to wear, always get the next size up as you may want to wear it on top of clothes, maybe for a short period. The only negative for me is that I am chubby & the belt "enhances" my profile...LOL Great product at a good price....if it doesn't work for you, you haven't lost a fortune, THANKS ISOBEL !!

The back support is comfortable to wear, but only if you have the correct size. it is very important to measure your waist as an estimation is not good enough. If your waist is at the upper end of a size, it would be better to order a bigger size belt. It certainly gives confidence to moving about. I wore it on a summer's day and it did not feel too hot. I did not get complete pain relief because the pain I had was in my leg caused by pinching of the nerve in my back, rather than in my back itself. Having the back support makes you think before making inappropriate movements which may affect you back even more. I am glad I bought it though.

Mi serviva una fascia lombare da acquistare in breve tempo per mio suocero e come sempre faccio in questi casi sono andato su Amazon per vedere le proposte. In mezzo a decine di prodotti ho trovato questa sicuramente una delle migliori nel rapporto qualità/prezzo e con l'indiscutibile vantaggio della consegna Prime in un giorno. La cintura è ben realizzata, anche nei materiali di composizione e risulta, robusta, regolabile e destinata a durare nel tempo. L'unico problema potrebbe essere la lunghezza e per non fare il mio stesso sbaglio vi consiglio di prenderla magari un po sovrabbondante (taglia XL) per non rischiare che sia troppo stretta. Anche il prezzo è ottimo, visto che siamo intorno agli 8 euro spedizione compresa, almeno al mom,ento della pubblicazione di questa recensione (Gennaio 2019). Sperando di esservi stato utile auguro a tutti un ottimo acquisto
