Nice, simple gate for my chocolate lab. It’s possibly not as durable as some other ones, since it’s made of just a simple, light wood. But my dog isn’t trying to knock it over or anything. It does have the best price out of any other gate I’ve found and is tall enough for my big dog. Love the matching white color as well. Overall, I’d say it’s a good buy. If you need something heavier and more sturdy, this one might not be for you.

First, I love how classy and nice this gate looks in our house. I bought it to keep my my cat out of my sunroom where all of my plants are. He's a chunky boy and since I ordered the tall version he doesn't even bother hopping over it. With this being said- it is very lightweight and not very sturdy. My dog just sees it and thinks "oh. gate. can't go there" and doesn't bother it. But if you have a dog that will try to knock it over.. they definitely will succeed. All in all it works for me and I like it.

This gate looks very nice and fit our needs perfectly when we got it. We have 3 large dogs in the house and two need to be separated. This gate did the trick and was tall enough that the dogs didn't get any ideas about going over it. Over the month and a half that we had it, people walked through multiple times per day by swinging the end panel. The gate is hinged, so that seemed fine at first, but apparently we are too high traffic for the construction of the gate. After about 3 weeks, one of the hinged posts started twisting, so we flipped it over and used the other panel to walk through. It only took 2 weeks for that one to start twisting, and a week later it completely came apart. I would still recommend this gate for an area that didn't have walk-through traffic, but it was not the solution for us in the end.

This did not work for my bad kitten who is now a badder cat obviously but the dogs- yes. It does not lock or stand super strong though it's just mean to stand and create a soft barrier- if they wanted to just plow through it they really could lol I use it to just keep her in the living room and she doesn't test it- YET

Very lightweight (which was okay) but it fell apart due to the poor quality in how constructed. I bought a different brand that I have had for over five years and is still perfect. This one lasted barely a few months. Waste of money.

We really like this gate. we adopted a dog who had some weird fears and he would run upstairs at the drop of a hat. I am disabled so going upstairs to bring him down was becoming very difficult for me. Since there was no rhyme or reason to his fears, we couldn't predict when he would run upstairs. We have a wooden banister so we couldn't attach a gate to the banister. He actually destroyed 2 stand alone gates before this gate . This gate is taller and heavier and he suddenly stopped crashing through the gates to run upstairs. I don't know if it was that the gate made him feel more secure or what but he just stopped and never tried to run through this gate. He did try to slide it sideways twice when we first got it but then he just stopped doing the behavior. I can't explain why he stopped but he did and he doesn't seem to be reacting to the particular noises that he was before. Go figure! Just a suggestion to other buyers, I went to move the gate today's from infant of the steps and the entire third panel came off in my hand Considering the price, I'm not shocked but I would suggest that new buyers get the insurance and maybe a bottle of Gorilla Glue! My dog never jumped on it so I'm not entirely sure why the one panel came apart but there didn't seem to be any glue residue and only one tack holding the panel together so as I said, get the insurance and Gorilla glue.

I just needed something to keep my dog away from the front door. It is wood and very light and folds. For me this solved a problem but it won’t stay up if you have a dog push or jump on it.

Easy to use and nice looking. Movable so you can use it to block the stairs, or between two rooms, just move it around. A fantastic product.

It's not good quality very flimpsy looks like it could break it it fell over if dog bumps it differently not worth the price

Bad quality it broke in less than a week into pieces. Not recommended
