No, they are incandescent bulbs.

I need to know the width and the height of the bulb. it has to fit into a small night light. no dimensions given but got amazon's choice???

I'm not able to measure them at this time but will be able to by one day next week if you want to ask again. it is taller than a typical night light bulb. i used mine for a Halloween decoration

They do NOT get even warm....cool as a cucumber, and I have mine on all the time. They last for months and are quite lovely. Hope this helps.
