One of the best cameras I have found for a great price that Works in the heat and the rear camera is great also.

I was hoping this would be at least decent quality the picture is not clear idk if it’s just my camera or what also while recording it does not record both cameras only the front. Battery does not stay charged I guess lesson learned you get what you pay for. Also you can’t zoom in. The suction cup is not strong. The camera becomes loose my opinion save your money!! Update customer service is great camera was bad sent me out a new one

It has done a wonderful job all round. Easy to mount, connect, set the settings and get the footage off the card onto a computer to watch and share.

Don’t waste your money. The camera turns off after 3 minutes even when it’s plugged in.

Love how clear the image is, top notch for both rear and front cameras, HOWEVER, the lack of guidance in the manual is cringe worthy. I've played with the settings and was able to get into a few then I could not find it when I tried to change it again. Some of the options are not self explanatory and benefits of these options are not clear, plus finding where all the options are is a headache by itself. If they would expand on the manual and describe how to get to each feature ( i.e. press menu button then scroll to this option etc) it would be great. I'm still trying to find the "cloudy/black and white/ sepia" settings again. No luck. Nice camera for the price but the manual needs work.

at the moment I have not found any features that I dislike. so time will tell but at the moment I like the unit

I would have been ok with this dash cam if they didn't advertise it as a 1080p device. Front video is 480p at the most and 240p for rear cam. It's an ok camera if you want basic video. It's good enough to record an accident, which could save you from a lawsuit. Plates are unreadable unless you are within four feet of them and both vehicles are completely stopped. Any further and they are unreadable. I would not recommend this camera for the simple reason.

It is easy to install, I spent 10 minutes to install it. The resolution is good, even in night in dim road lamps, most of stuff can be seen clearly. It helps me a lot avoiding latent hazard and dispute, so I think it's necessary in our car. Also, it helps when parking.
