what pump do I use with this drain?

Typically you would bring the piping from this bottom drain thru a pre-filter of some kind (as sophisticated Helix Settlement tank or Evolution Aqua Sieve is or as simple as an extra-large strainer basket) and then to an external pump that is pulling the water in. An example of a good external pump would be Helix, Performance Pro or Sequence for some examples. It is always a good idea to run your setup ideas past a seasoned pond professional BEFORE you build the pond so we can make suggestions and educate you a bit about what you need and what the expected results will be if you use different options. Using a bottom drain can make your pond very low maintenance, as long as it is done correctly. We have drawings and plans we can offer free of charge.
