Are these any good for very narrow feet? Its extremely hard for me to find any for narrow feet that fit

Havaiana Top (these sandals) are better for more wide feet. Havaiana Slim (with the more narrow strap) are better for medium to narrow feet.

I wear a 6.5-7 what size should I order?

I wear a 6-6.5 & I have been wearing havaianas for awhile....I always get Euro-37-38...which gives me some room...not too much but just enough to be comfortable...so maybe go a size up....hope that helps.
