Hide & Drink, Leather Watch Roll Organizer Handmade from Full Grain Leather, Holds Up to 4 Watches, Easy Carry On Watchlover Storage (Bourbon Brown)

When I started looking for a watch roll for my small collection, the first thing that struck me was how NARROW most are. 2” slots would NEVER work for me. Even my smallest one would be a tight fit. And even higher priced models would not fit.The THREE-inch wide slots in this one easily fit all four of the watches I wanted to store (see photo). I might buy another if there was a FOUR-inch version, since my huge Diesels (Mr. Daddy 2.0, Mega Chief) still won’t fit in this (or any other) roll. I included them in the photo to see how oversized they are for this in case.I also like the quality of the leather. It’s supple enough to wrap around the watches in the slots and when rolled up. Though I love waxed canvas for many things, I preferred going with leather for the softer texture on the watch faces. I am very pleased with that in this roll.The price was also very reasonable to me. Hide & Drink is now on my shortlist for any future rolls and cases.

I love this brand with a passion, so I will get the only negative comment out of the way right off the bat.'Hide & Drink' really builds up the brand, touting their 101 year warranty, as well as picturing cool little cards that show who crafted your item with a batch number.I received neither with my item, nor with other items I've purchased from the seller. I was really looking forward to getting that nomenclature, as it builds on the quality, authenticity and mystique of the brand. It sounds like a little thing, but was one of the determining factors that convinced me to buy their items in the first place. That being said.. on to the good stuff.I love this roll and plan on using it extensively. I usually travel with three to four watches and this will work superbly. Definitely do not travel with your watch faces exposed like their pictures show. Make sure to tuck them into the super soft pockets.While the roll will nicely accommodate four watches, I believe I will only be loading it up with three timepieces if I'm running short on space in my luggage.This is old school quality and craftsmanship that used to be abundantly found in the 70s and 80s when I was growing up. Then.. suddenly, availability of quality leather goods disappeared seemingly overnight.Hide & Drink will get more of my business for sure. I just hope they eventually include those cool looking documents with future items I buy.

For comparisons sake I pictured the roll next to my 30rd mags. Despite reviews talking about the horrible dye transfer of some of the darker color rolls the brand is selling this model/ colorway has no such issues. Therefore it is functional and safe for your watches. The leather is outstanding high quality full grain and it is very supple for its thickness. My only wishes is that the roll was larger and would allow you to actually use all 4 pockets at once. Currently if this is done the roll cannot close and the leather laces are not long enough to wrap and tie. It is small but thick when rolled. You must take the top flap of leather and fold it inward to ensure your watches to not slip out of the roll during transport. Price is fair. With a bit more engineering/design this could be an outstanding watch roll but satisfied overall with the product.

I'm a huge fan of handmade, especially at a time when this site looks like a carbon copy of Aliexpress. I ordered the Sangria colored version of this watch roll and am super happy with it. As others have mentioned, it's not quite large enough or designed right to properly fit 4 watches, but I'm fine with it. It can be folded inward on both ends if you really want to carry four watches but it's not so much of a roll at that point.Still, I really enjoy seeing these handmade goods and I was lucky enough to receive the sleeve with the name and maker's information. I hope to see more products from H&D here and I hope they continue to help pay these craftspeople to expand their businesses abroad.

The quality of the leather is top tier! Construction is top knotch as well. Bought this for my watches I've collected while traveling and they fit perfect and seem to be very well protected. Doesn't take up much room when rolled up either.

The swayze suede leather watch roll feels rugged and durable but at the same time looks luxurious while new. I fold the top side to create a flap over the part of the watches that stick out of the pockets so that the watches are secure when the leather is rolled up. The thickness of the leather makes it a bit bulky for travel, but if you like the heavy duty feel with each watch protected in the pockets, this watch roll is awesome. The color is vibrant like new rust color on steel. The strap is just the right length and thickness to secure the roll very well. I put four watches with diameter between 38 and 43 and they fit perfectly. For watches on bracelet, I slide a piece of loose leather on the inside surface so the bracelet does not contact and scratch the back of the watch.

Great build quality. Attention to detail. Really liked to see that it was hand made. There was note from the craftsman and appreciate that. Over all an awesome product. Looking to purchase a second one.

Item does not protect watches from filling out of case

Whilst the pouch can hold 4 watches it is impossible to roll it up with 4 in it. The leather is so stiff & pockets too close together it will not roll up. Very disappointed & recommend nobody else buys one!

I am extremy unhappy with the product, as it emmits unbearable smell.
