Nikon D3500 For Dummies

I needed a refresher course on my old Nikon D3500. After going through this easy to understand book I have decided to keep my camera because it explained so clearly why the D3500 is such a good camera. I love the 'Dummies' books and this one is no exception.

Sometimes it is nice to have a book handy instead of running to get online to look something up and this fit the bill.

Some items are needed by new enthusiast's but for those of us who grew up without digital, light meters built-in, etc, that info is redundant. But access to all the advanced features of this camera requires some additional knowledge, and this book covers it very well indeed. It is worth every cent of it's cost, and I recommend it to anybody wanting to learn how to use this great camera to the best of their ability!

This book is really helpful if you ate new to DSLR cameras. It got me up and running fairly quickly.

I am new to dslr and i just bought my first camera and this book at about the same time, and i'm glad i did. The camera only came with a limited instruction sheet and then referred me to the actual manual online. I dont like reading a lit, especially manuals online. Plus. My husband calls me a "techtard", so it really broke stuff down w/pics! Also, it came very quickly and in great shape.

This is the book one buys after you've purchased a Nikon D3500 just to confirm what an intelligent decision you made. It certainly does that. Combine this book with the Nikon Manual (Down load PDF) and you've got access to most of your questions about your new camera answered. Of course, both point out nice things you might acquire to utilize your camera better.

I am still in the process of reading and studying this book, but Amazon, being rabid for reviews, finally beat me down so I will say it is well worth buying and offers a great deal of knowledge for non-photographers such as myself. Highly recommended.

I knew nothing about DSLR cameras. The camera didn't come with any directions. Thank God I had this book to just get started out of the box.

Really useful guide on Nikon D3500. Gives good intro on what camera functions actually mean and how to adjust them to get desired photo. Very detailed and helped me understand camera much better! Very pleased I bought!
