Great for a hairstylist with back issues
Works amazing, very comfortable for low back and hip pain. I have sciatica, narrowing of the spine, & SI joint pain. I am a hair dresser, I cannot wait to use this!

Comfortable and convenient
I am very happy with this stool for my work from home set up. It keeps me from slouching too badly. It’s not super duper comfy on the bottom, but not bad. I adjust the height when I adjust my standing desk, or when I scoot other to a different desk in my home office. I tried a wobble stool, but something with wheels is much more convenient. I was having to pick up and move the wobble stool too often. I still have my regular chair, but always teach for this stool instead, which says everything.

Saddle style seat is a bit awkward
The quality of the seat is good, and was super quick and easy to assemble. It is a bit hard, so if you want a cushier seat, this isn't it, but for me, it is comfortable.I am an artist. I stand. I sit. I move the stool about. The saddle type seat is awkward to try and keep it oriented properly when I want to sit down. My hands are often covered with paint, and to grab the seat means I get paint on the seat, which I want to avoid...SO For my purposes, it would have made more sense to get a seat style that doesn't have a front to back orientation. That being said, Once I am sitting on it properly, it is comfortable and meets my needs for comfort and height. It forces me to sit with good posture, which helps avoid fatigue when I am working for long sessions while seated.

So comfy
I ordered this to use when I do pedicures in my salon. My pedi chair is up on a platform so I don’t have to be so low to the ground and it kills my lower back. This is the perfect height and is super comfy. Keeps me up straight so I’m not hunched over.

Squeaks after a month of use.
As far as comfort goes, I do love the saddle stool. Build quality is crap for the price. I bought this one in hopes that the one I had before was a fluke and that it wouldn't squeak. However after a short time when I move in this seat it makes a squeaking sound. I am an Esthetician and have to have complete quiet while I work. This is such a disappointment to my new small business as I now have to look for a third stool. If you want comfort and you don't need it to be quiet then this is the stool for you. It Is nice looking and easy to clean.

I like the stool, but be careful if you're looking for a SEAT HEIGHT of 30"
I just assembled the stool and was surprised at how short it was at its max height. While stool shopping my requirements for minimum seat height was 30". This stool appeared to fit the bill after looking at the schematics graphic, and the "Go up height 30 inches" just fit my lowest effective height for my workstation. However, the max height of 30" is for the TOP of the HORN, not the LEVEL of the SEAT. With the stem fully extended, the seat level is only 28".That said, the seat is very comfortable, the wheels move easily on tiled floor, It was easy to assemble and it feels remarkably sturdy and stable considering its light weight. It came in immaculate condition as far as all surfaces and was well packed with materials to keep it from getting damaged in transit.Fortunately, the lower height works for my husband so he will keep it and I will have to look for a taller stool.

Caution
The chair itself is very comfortable. However, the black coating on the wheels start coming off over time. It comes of in little pieces which makes a mess and marks the floors. Makes this chair horribel

Quality
I bought this one which was a little bit of a higher price tag than some. The quality is worth it! I got a purple one over a year ago and it is still standing strong. I use it for hairdressing. I loved it so much that I got a brown one for my new salon. The brown is a rich chocolate brown with warm undertones. Very good. I recommend this stool to all my stylist friends.
