Comes with a Hydro Stick, shown in the pic, that works well as a divider. Plus, I don't wanna overload it with too many cigars. And even those I load should be rotated fairly regularly.

How can i bring down my humidity level?

Use Bovida packs of the level of desired humidity. Do not use the humidifier gel which only adds humidity.

Does anyone the inside dimensions of the drawer?

The drawer is 7.25in long and 7.75 wide inside diameter on both measurements
