I use the sea salt for chocolate chip cookies. It gives them a little something extra. A little goes a long way so use sparingly.

Making chocolate chip cookies? Brownies? A tart? A pie? Muffins? Sprinkle a bit of this on top and it will take it to the next level. Absolutely incredible, please never discontinue this!!!

All salt no vanilla
You cannot taste the vanilla in this, so from that point of view, it’s a bummer. However, you can still use it in a salt mill and get a nice salty flavor on popcorn. So it’s a 50-50.

AWESOME VANILLA SALT
I was pleasantly surprised to get to use a vanilla salt in a chocolate cheesecake recipe...makes a subtle noteworthy difference!

No vanilla flavor
Fine as a salt but the vanilla doesn't have a vanilla flavor. Faintly smells of vanilla when you smell it but can't defect the taste. Will be using it as expensive, plain salt.
