Live Aromatic and Edible Herb - Lemon Balm (4 Per Pack), Naturally Improves Breathing and Relaxation, 8" Tall by 4" Wide

This is a very long story, but I do hope you read it. It speaks to the dedication to this company. **UPDATE** A month later and I included pix. Lemon balm survived beautifully! All three are thriving! First pic is a teeny sprout of the bonus plant, a rare herb (wow, can’t remember what she told me🤷🏻‍♀️) but despite the majority of the plant going south... I saw this come up 2 days ago. Perseverance and excellent customer service. Look... delicate LIVE plants being shipped in hot weather. I’m just impressed they figured out how to do it at all!👍 *** Because of the COVID-19 crisis that has define our world, I elected to make plant purchases online so as to avoid leaving my home and risking contact with local vendors. I live in a neighborhood where Amazon normally delivers to my door. And unfortunately my mailbox is among a bank of mailboxes about a block away and I only pick up USPS once a week as a result of this worldwide pandemic. It didn’t occur to me that this vendor would ship these plants via USPS. It is incredibly warm here already, because I live in Florida. Temperatures were well into the 80s on the day of delivery. I didn’t realize until more than 24 hours later that my precious lemon balm plants had been delivered and had been sitting in a metal tomb that long. I was frantic and ran to the mailbox at 11 PM in my pajamas. Not only does the seller provide excellent packaging for their plants, including the bare root bonus plant that they sent, their responsiveness to my panicked email that night helped save every single one of these plants. I was provided detailed information on exactly what to do to revive them. I am so pleased to say that all of them should bounce back. The three little lemon balm plants look beautiful and healthy. My bare root bonus will take a bit of work, but thanks to their careful wrapping with plenty of very moist newspaper inside plastic, the roots are healthy. I had a few surviving leaves, which is all I need. The plant is now in good soil and just needs time and care. I received the reply email before I even awoke the next morning with very specific instructions. I would not have done what they instructed had they not replied, and I might have lost all of my plants. I’m so grateful that they cared enough to let me know what to do. I’m no green thumb, just a beginning Gardener. All I knew to do was leave them and give them water. But the instructions they gave me were clear, comforting, and allowed me the opportunity to ensure these plants would survive. I highly recommend this company to anybody who is afraid to purchase locally during this time. (While I DO recommend we support local businesses, of course) Please know that this company cares for their clients. I plan to order more. (And now know to pay attention to delivery dates😂)

Plants didn't last long

They came in very healthy and packaged well until i took them out to repot and noticed that it looked like they hurried up and put more dirt around the root ball cause the plants were root bound. It looked like a last minute job cause the outside dirt just fell right off. Also i think some weeds traveled with them cause they started popping up soon after repotting, and that was fresh potting soil. Other than that they grew nice and tall even after i harvested a bunch to trim them up. Nice dark leaves and doing well in the greenhouse. Will still buy again.

Arrived fresh, healthy, and hydrated. Lasted for several months until my critters ate it. Grew without taking over the area. Good value. Good packaging. Smells amazing. Beautiful plant.

They died a couple weeks after I planted them in a pot and had bugs all over them . I don't know what happened but I lost my money.

The plants themselves are very nice. How they were packed ( NOT) was an issue. Someone wrapped them and put a rubber band around each one, stuck them in a box with nothing to stablize each plant. By the time they arrived dirt was everywhere, plants upside down and sideways. Not a happy customer about this.

Absolutely gorgeous young plants, carefully packed and fresh and healthy. I was kind of blown away as I've never ordered live plants through Amazon before. This is a great value for the money and rivals some of the plants I buy from pricey hometown nurseries. Highly recommended! Update: These plants are growing huge! Lush, green and healthy - one of the best producing herbs I've planted this season. I'm very, very impressed with this as I usually purchase from nurseries.

I was very excited to get these plants sooner than the estimated delivery date. I am very pleased with how well they were packaged and how healthy the plants themselves are. I’m excited to be adding lemon balm to my herb garden. Looking forward to receiving my citronella plants I ordered as well.
