Well yes this product works! How? Simple it makes you sleepy and lethargic finally investing more in bed than anything else! Yes I could get decent gain but not worth the price and inactivity. Also once you stop you are back to square one. I have rather invested in a better diet than this sleeping Powder. Only good part is, it tastes awesome.

* the biggest -ve comment i have seen is that these product just show temporary results . and you never know what are the ingredients in it . * after stopping it , you will again start losing weight . * if veg. people consume 6 banana in the breakfast and 6 banana at evening or for non veg people , if you take 5 eggs in breakfast and 5 at tea time . you will see excellent result . i gained 15 kg in just 1 month , and was just doing push ups at home .
