Simply BKLVA Assorted Premium Baklava (150 gm)

I most times go against negative reviews and have at times regretted my decision (very rarely), but this is not one of those times. I am so very happy that I went against the negative reviews this time (needless to say that some of the complaints were a little unnecessary in my opinion. PEOPLE JUST RETURN THE ITEM IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED!!!!). Anyway I love these, even though they are not made with the honey glazed coating, the sugar cane syrup is just the right amount of sweet, the filo dough is so crispy, before writing this review, I ate 7 of them, but hey they are little small bite sizes, they are so good and I will be ordering more, well worth the price, now I will share with my daughter. My package arrived when expected. It was perfectly sealed. Baklava was excellent. Fresh. Tender. Very Flavorful. This was definitely a better quality than other brands of baklava I have purchased in various gourmet stores. The nuts were very fresh, crunchy and flavorful. Very soft layers of philo and lots of sweet honey. I will buy again. That being said, these were the smallest pieces of baklava I have ever seen! Tiny. Kid bite sized. A nice way to sample different shapes of baklava & a couple different types of nuts were used.

This baklava was very tasty but some of the pieces (like the mini nests) were dry. I prefer the straight old baklava -squares or diamond shaped.

Arrived today. It's tasty, glistening. Leaving a picture so you can get a perspective of the size - that's a teaspoon. It's the size of a small chocolates sampler, and would be ideal for a craving of one person. The box says no preservatives, but the date on the box is Spring 2020, so...not sure about that. I was having a craving and short on cash and this hit the spot. The birds nest surprised me - I didn't know I'd like it this much. The treats aren't dry. I'd recommend as a thoughtful gift to a friend or yourself - but this is a one-person party.

This is ok. If you like your baklava a little more moist then you won’t like this. The phyllo dough is fine but the nuts on some of the pieces are whole and it’s quite dry. Some pieces are bland with just phyllo dough and whole pistachio nuts. No honey drizzled along their pieces. Just average compared to other baklava I’ve had.

Don't be fool read the reviews before purchasing! I wish I did! There bite size and the pics are very misleading. They are nasty tasteless gunk. There was no lid on them to keep the food from going stale, very poor decision. Don't waste your money.

I am Greek, and I have to say this is very delicious and authentic. Very moist like baklava should be (the honey) At this price, it is an excellent value.

I had a hard time finding baklava locally so I ordered this online because it seemed like a fun variety and good value. And I was SO pleased by the taste! It’s so good! Highly recommend. I’ve ordered this twice already!
