I received this set for christmas, and the tongs broke on the first use. i don’t have the order details as it was a gift. how can i replace them?

My first set of tongs also broke. Fortunately I purchased from AMZN and within 30 hours had a replacement. The second set have worked as expected. Very happy.

The rivet holding the handle together on the log lifter has broken. i want it repaired. what do i do? purchased this month.

I had the exact same experience. If you bought it from Amazon as I did...I submitted a return request....and within two days had a brand new set at my front door. I replaced my defective tongs; packaged it up and sent back the defective tongs with the rest of the replacement set which I didn’t need. While Amazon was amazing in its customer support I am now even more concerned about the quality of the tongs in view of how ‘pricey’ this set is....otherwise I love the set and the matching screen...I just expect the tools to last a lifetime. I hope that is helpful.

can the broom be replaced if worn?
