Battery completely died in less than a year - Updated
Battery worked fine for a couple months then I put the laptop aside and didn't touch it for awhile. Turned it on and the computer says there's no battery. Been charging for 24 hours now and still no charge. Doesn't appear to be any contact information provided about making a warranty claim. Not happy.Customer service stepped up and sent me a new battery. Much thanks! While the product life was not what I expected customer service is excellent.

The minutes are funky.
I use this battery in a Dell 830. I bought it because I was sold by the picture on the product page that says, "5 hr 21 min (97%) remaining. The most time I have ever gotten from a charge is 4 hours 21 minutes. Maybe I'm having a lot of fun while I use the computer but it doesn't seem like that much time passes. It seems like the battery does a fast drain to about 2 hrs and ~30 and once it gets to under an hour it seems like a long 56 minutes. Outta stock? Well. . . the minutes are funky.

Not holding charge ... UPDATE
This battery (when I first got it) had and held a 100% charge. Over time (as I keep my laptop running on mains all the time) the battery now will not have a higher capacity than 60%.It appears that it is degrading over time. I didn't expect this from a new battery.Hopefully the manufacturer will see this message and provide a solution or replacement battery that WILL hold a charge.Regards,Nolan KienitzTexasUPDATE: GHU Electronics quickly responded to my concerns and questions and provided me with an option to try and I was able to complete that process and had excellent success. Seems okay
I must have lucked out. I've been using this battery, of and on, since late 2019. Seems to hold a charge, and gets me through times of being unplugged.

Performs as described
It's hard to write a review about a battery right after you buy it. I've had it about two weeks now and have had no issue with it. I use this old Dell D820 because it still has a built in COM port. Comes in handy in the work I do. I've only ran the laptop on battery for about 1hr and the battery performed perfectly showing about another hour left (per windows)

Better than one I had.
It does charge. It will run the computer for about half charge without being plugged up. Better save often, because at some point before it gets low enough for computer to tell me, it just goes off.

New battery for old laptop
I got tired of my laptop powering off every time the AC cord was accidentally removed, so I broke down and bought a replacement from GHU. Battery fits and works exactly like the original that came with the laptop. Now I don't have to turn the power on for my laptop just because the cord came out. If GHU would like the original battery to rebuild, they can contact me with shipping instructions. I would be happy to send it to them if they will pay for the shipping.
