How long does each application last and can I brush with it in?

If I put it in correctly it can last a week or more depending on how much I'm using that tooth to eat with. You can brush, however be very gentle. I will often take the corner of a washcloth and deal with that tooth. If you can find this locally in a store (walmart has it usually) it's better to get it that way as I believe it's fresher. This company truly needs to put some kind of exp date on their products. It's a great product but there can always be improvements.

Could I use this to hold in some small vampire fangs?

I’m pretty sure you can. Just wash your teeth and maintain them wet and then put your fangs in with the cement in the fangs

I need a glue oh adhesive for my teeth. They fell off

You may need a different product. This works like a temporary filling for a hole in a tooth. It is not a glue or adhesive.

what is meant by 12 + repair

I cannot say 100% but I would think it means you can repair a tooth 12 times if you are frugal with the amount you use
