Mics look, sound and feel of good quality. I like the resonance/impedance. I particularly appreciate the fact that the body is metal, makes it more durable - the issue with a lot of plastic body mics is that the battery cover breaks after a while through repeated screwing and unscrewing, so a metal body will address that problem.Only issue I have is that when the mics are on THERE IS NO LIGHT(S) THAT STAY ON TO INDICATE THAT THE MIC IS ON, OR THAT IT IS MUTED. This tends to confuse people who are using it. I removed two starts just for that issue.

I’m not one who writes product reviews, but this is a product I’ll review because of how clear these microphones sound and also for their great customer service.I bought this as a gift for my wife because she loves to sing karaoke. We’ve hosted a handful of parties over the holidays. A few drinks of liquid courage, our parties always end up karaoking. All of our guests love our karaoke setup and everyone praises how clear these microphones sound.Last week, one of the mics stopped working. I contacted Phenyx from Facebook Messenger about it and they responded relatively quick. We tried troubleshooting to find a fix for the issue. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, they just declared it a defective microphone. I provided them my order number and a brand new replacement was delivered to me within 2 days.We love this product so much, we’re thinking of upgrading to their 4 channel system so we don’t have to fight for the mic all the time! I would definitely recommend this product for those who are looking for a simple karaoke system with a great price point.

I have a $800 Shure wireless mic system, and I literally can't tell the difference in it and this system. Unbelievable value and quality. Very happy!

Sound is very good (compare to my Shure microphone). But the microphones are alittle bit heavy.
