Have bought this several times. It is great for adding flavor and heat to my Indian dishes. The more you add, the more the heat.

If you like spicy hot? Then this paste is for you. My tounge is burning as i type. Flavor isn't to bad, But the heat kills it for me.

The first time I made my version of Thai green coconut chicken I used the little jar I bought from my local grocery store. It did not leave an impression. I did a quick search on Amazon and started reading reviews. So I bought this brand relying on other opinions. First thing I loved was all of the ingredients were items I could pick up at our e-mart. I decided to take the short cut and used these cans. I had looked up quite a few recipes for the green curry paste and this brand is authentic to those recipes I found online. You know how you’re just sitting around trying to find something to throw together real quick and you refuse to leave the house. Well I looked in the frig to find some colorful bell peppers we had prepped for another meal earlier in the week. I also found some pea pods, string beans, onions, a pack of chicken thighs and my can of coconut milk I always have one can on hand. Now I have to remember to replenish.Wow this brand has so much more flavor and it’s spicy. It’s so good I had to get a few more for the pantry.
