Great iron!
As a beautician I have used many different irons, I’m currently using the older version of this iron and the chi iron. Takes some practice but you learn to love it
I waited over a month to view this because after the first use I wanted to return it. Over the first week I learned that it doesn't work like a standard flat iron you do have to learn how to use it. Because the plates are different you do have to turn up the heat setting higher then you would on your typical flat iron but it does not burn hair. Once I worked with it and really learned how to use it gets my hair perfectly straight. Like so straight some people don't even know my hair is naturally curly lol. Now I love it. When I first tried this product it was at the mall and I was tollway sold by all the claims the salesmen made now I haven't tested my luck and tried it on wet hair but it does stay pretty straight on humid days and I don't sweat my hair out in the gym. I've paid over 100$ buck for a straightener before and this one is the best I've ever had.

Good flat iron for price
Pretty good flat iron for the price. It does come with a lifetime warranty but you do pay to ship. I have thick, wavy, coarse hair. It heats up quick but does take several passes to straighten my hair. Also, I have TJ clean it with alcohol each time as it leaves marks in the iron from my hair. I have never had one do that. I would not say it's the best but it does not burn my hair.

Loved this product purchased at a mall now purchasing on line
I bought mine in California at the mall. During the holidays and this product was amazing!!! Sad to say it didnt make it home with me. But i did enjoy this product my hair still smelt like my hair products after straightening (not like burnt hair). that is what sold me on the product and my hair was silky shiny after( i have very thick dry frizzy hair compare able to horse hair) lol honestly no damage after and my hair actualy was healthier after 3 weeks of use now thats AMAZING!!!! So i am purchasing another one on amazon due to no locations were i live and the sutra sight is super expensive i just dont have the $$. when it arrives i shall give my honest opinion on product since i am a previous owner and really appreciated the product.

Works as expected
I bought this product as an upgrade to an older model. The older one gave better results. This product straightens hair well, I just prefer my older model. I gave this to my niece and it works great for her.

Una muy buena
Al comprar lo hice con dudas, pues nunca se sabe realmente el tema de la resistencia y temperatura de la plnacha. Es ideal, tiene un control de temperatura manual que se gradua de acuerdo a la temperatura que uno necesita, alizo el cabello como se lo esperaba y muy facil de maniobrar pues el cable electrico no estorba por la forma en que este gira. Lo unico malo es que no trajo consigo algo que permita ponerlo luego de su uso mientras se enfria. Recomendado: 9/10
