space the final frontier
Now my drives are all in one place, and not all over the room!See what I did was I removed the entire guts inside a dellthat had room for 1 drive, and installed it all in the viper!I put out a twenty on a new 400watt power supply, tradedit out for the dell which was only 240watts.I highly recommend the viper.

SO FAR ITS GREAT! what I wish this case had was more ...
This is my first ever build. I must say I bought this case for the front cover so my little girl (18 months) wouldn't press any buttons! SO FAR ITS GREAT! what I wish this case had was more vent holes and maybe an extra mounting areas on maybe the right side of the case. No regrets for the price I paid though.(the fan that came with the case is silent but doesnt light up like in pic. Like I thought it did( my fault) I don't have the best cable management or gpu but here's my setup

Pile of (FLAMING) Garbage
Ahh yes, my $300 video card is fried, my $250 mobo is bad, and I am stuck with the bill. All due to a fault in the front panel of this lovely raidmax case... It somehow shortedout and shot flames LITERALLY out of the front panel connector on the MOBO where the caseplugs in and scorched the end of the video card (frying it) and the MOBO shows no videoany longer through ANY type of output, onboard, 3 different video cards (in all 3 pci-e slots)and a USB to dvi external video card. Nada, toast, and raidmax's solution, " It was not ourcase which caused this issue, but we can send you the front panel replacement board. Aftermany contacts with their support (in some foreign country where you can understand nothing), and6months later, still no replacement front panel board, and I am stuck with a bill for over $620to replace the case, video card, and mobo... Needless to say Raidmax will NEVER BE IN MY STORE AGAIN.

Issues abound
I hate to give such a harsh review, but I must. First off, I must note that the one I purchased actually came with a 500 watt PSU. The PSU (Raidmax's) blew out in about 3 days without warning, so I had to buy a new one (no matter, since the case bundled with the PSU was about the same price as other mid-tower cases). But beyond that, if you're a gamer with a newer gpu, do not buy this case, under any circumstances. You're not going to be able to fit a card longer than about 9 inches, and even then you're pushing it. Even with a smaller GPU, you'll have to put it on the top slot on your motherboard (otherwise you'll be getting to close to the PSU and you're not going to be able to put in any of your hard drives). This is the most annoying element because you can search and search for GPU length specifications and you absolutely will not find it. Not on the box and not on Raidmax's website. Seems a little strange to not tell us that. Your mobo SATA ports will likely fall right at the lip of the drive bay too, so good luck getting those in. The bays are not removable either and the whole tool free installation isn't any easier than using you're own screws and it isn't very sturdy anyhow. You'd need an adapter for your SSD as well. You're going to get some terrible airflow too (not helping matters, is the fact that my case was actually missing the side fan). The front panel is actually annoying (an "on" button outside the panel door might've helped). Perhaps I'd blame it on myself for all these issues, except the case claims to be a "gaming tower" but can't house a SSD without an adapter and can't fit one of those mid-range GPUs. If you're not a gamer, and just want a cool looking case to light up your room, then by all means...

May not cool your internals, but it looks cool anyway
I initially went for this case for it's inexpensive and cool looking features, however recently have discovered that its ventilation is not adequate (it really needs a fan on top or something). The intake in the front sacrifices function for form and can degrade over time due to dust buildup. Which brings me to the next point, it's not dust proof by any stretch (yes I know dustproof isn't a feature it advertised, and you have to pay more for these things but I just thought it's worth mentioning). The blue lighting does look very cool though and I like the side window and the orange dark-samus-from-metroid-prime lookin design. The little hatch on the front that covers the USB and audio ports (along with CD if you have it in your build) is kinda cheaply made and it's held on with plastic hinges (mind broke off quickly when I absentmindedly spun my office chair too fast with it open). More importantly though I found it fairly difficult to actually install the motherboard in this. I'm not sure if the holes are not lined up perfectly or what but it was a little more difficult than it should've been. All in all though, it's fairly good for the price and although it has a fair number of cons, I'm still using it in my main build for the moment (it's been about a year).

Pretty good
I bought this for a friend of mine and he absolutely loves it compared to to old rig nearly a decade ago lol. So all In all its a solid mid tower with lots of potential, I would like one but larger for what I want to do

Super look
It was just what we wanted and needed for the larger mother board and extras. Added bonus...it looks great.

If you are looking for room, don't get this one
This case, while appearing to be what one needs, has a bad design. First of all, there's a lip on back edge where the side cover goes, and it's right above the PCI slots screw holders. This makes it very difficult to get the screws in to hold the PCI devices in place.Secondly, there is no room for cable management. I mean NONE. When you are finished installing everything, you'll have wires running everywhere, and you can only hope that one of them doesn't interfere with your fans' operation. I mounted an ASUS Crossfire V MOBO with a EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX-770 video card. The Sata connections on MOBO were right below the hard-drive mounting cage making it very difficult to get the right numbered Sata Connection to the correct hard-drive (I have 3) and the DVD drives (I have 2). I used this case for all of 72 hours and put it on a shelf in the garage, opting for a much better spaced Thermal-Take case. I wouldn't recommend this case to any gamer. Someone with an office setup - maybe!
