Q: Can this be cut into more than one usable piece? I need to make screens for my van.

sorry, the magnetic screen door cannot be cut into multiple pieces that will affect the overall using, perhaps you can choose a screen door that fits the size of your van

Q: If i need to install/remove this screen every day, would you still recommend it? (i just want it up in the morning when i'm outside)

Removing evrry day is possible, but time consuming and wear and tear would be increased. Once it is up l believe you would decide to leave it up.
