Las Palmas Red Chile Sauce, Medium, 28 Ounce

Great product. Made my Pisole so much easier to prepare! I didn't have to cut up all of those chiles, Love this product!

We always keep a supply of Las Palmas red chile sauce in our pantry. It is the basis for much of our Mexican dishes, especially pozole and red chile stew. It's unavailable in the stores here in Kansas. When we can't get back to Texas to buy some, we order from Amazon.com and receive delivery in just a few days.

The price is way too much n takes advantage of ppl who cant get this in their areas.

Didn’t enjoy how runny it was

I use this for my taco meat and simmer for 30 minutes I grew up with this sauce and if you discontinue it I would Die!!!!!!!!

Needed this for a recipe for Colorado Chili, the recipe specifically called for this brand and said it wouldn't come out as good if I didn't use it. After going to three different stores and unable to find out, I ordered it only to investigate a little further and find out yes I could have found on Long Island for about $8 cheaper. I was in a pinch and it did make an awesome chili

the cans were so dented I didn't trust them

This is a great red sauce. As a Mexican-American I use it quite often in many of my dishes. However, at nearly $4 per can, I am going back to making by hand. Guajillo Chiles, New Mexico Chilis, and Ancho Chilis can all offer this type of tasty red sauce but you will have the clean them and blend them, then strain. Well, maybe $4 a can isnt such a bad idea.
