How wide are the tabs and how long do they measure in inches?

Sorry, I can't answer. I purchased these as a gift.

what is the translation of this bible?

The item that I purchased was a set of tabs that I inserted into my own Bible. The tabs are for the books of the Bible from Genesis through Revelation. I bought this particular set of tabs for my giant print King James Version.
