False advertising, seller won't acknowledge. (NOT Mac compatible.)
On the product page this VIISAN A3 scanner is advertised to work with MAC. So I ordered it because this compatibility is a crucial requirement, BUT it arrived and it turns out the camera software does NOT work with Mac. (Even the user's manual admits this.) This is false advertising, AND it has caused me great delay and several hundred dollars in added expense on my project.I contacted this seller and have received NO response. Customer service? Basic integrity? The company is not trustworthy.
