The Bohning Classic nock has been being made for over thirty years and is the most popular nock in use today in Traditional archery. This nock has an index nock for aligning the cock feather to the arrow shaft to insure proper flight of the arrow when shot from a traditional bow. The throat of the nock is designed to hold onto the string until the last possible moment before releasing the arrow from the bow and insuring that the Archer will not have a dry fire from the bow and is used from the beginner to the expert archer.

Great on wooden shafts
I purchased these for a friend who has begun making his own wooden arrows. He has made over 100 of them with no problems with the nocks. He target shoots about 100 arrows a day, and has yet to have nock break or fall off.
