Question 1

i measured medium but i want a tight fit. should i buy medium or choose small?

Accepted Answer

Keep in mind that these knee sleeves work by compression and using them results in less pain and swelling during and after performance. In order for you to get the accurate size, measure the circumference of your thigh 4” (10 cm) above the center of your knee cap. Next, refer to the size chart given below: SIZE CHART:S: 14.5’’ – 17’’M: 17’’ – 19.5’’L: 19.5’’ – 21.5’’ If your thigh measures between 17’’ to 19.5’’, you should order the medium-size (M) for best results. However, if your thigh measures 19" and you want a looser-fit, you could order the large-size (L). If you have questions or issues with size, please contact our customer support and we would be glad to assist you.

Question 2

My husband is 6'5 and about 240 lbs. this is a christmas present. what size should i get him? thanks

Accepted Answer

Thank you for asking the question. I'd suggest you try XL, L size is too small. If you can measure his thigh size, then it's easier to get the right size. To get the accurate size, measure the circumference of your thigh 4” (10 cm) above the center of your knee cap and refer to the size chart beside. If his thigh size is between 20.5" to 23", please get XL. If it's between 19" to 20.5", please try L. If you ever run into sizing issue after receiving the product, please contact us at support@cambivo.com for a fast solution.

Question 3

Can these be machine washed?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for asking the question. The washing instruction states that the knee brace needs to be washed by hand. If you have to machine wash the Cambivo NS10 knee braces, please wash with cold water and avoid adding any fabric softener.

Question 4

Would you put the brace on before or after the activity

Accepted Answer

I run 5 miles every morning, i used them during my run. its all about prevention, once i finish my run, i feel no pain or discomfort during and after my run. I like the feel of this product during my activity. I had a Meniscus issue, ice and rest for two weeks. didn't run for a month, That is why i wear the Cambivo Knee Braces now.
