Q: Is this shampoo watered down?

Well mine was comparable to a lot of other shampoos I normally use Pantene and this was Justice full body I guess you call it didn't seem to be watered down. Makes my hair look great it smells fantastic. Just my opinion.

Q: Does this have the “silver” cap?

The two bottles that I ordered absolutely had the silvery cap.

Q: I need something that doesn't wash the dye out of my hair. Also a shampoo that will help me from loosing my hair. Is this it?

Well that's a really serious question I don't dye my hair so I don't know and I don't know if that's what's making you lose your hair sorry I can't help you.

Q: Is this sulfate, alcohol, parabin free?

There are two kinds of sulfate but don't see alcohol or parabin listed in the ingredients
