I originally got it from our holistic doctor that muscle tested them for my son John. My John still keeps using them - and now during spring time all these vitamins and minerals seem to help so much with his allergies - if he keeps his diet "clean". Once you eat some of the foods available today even for kids - nothing can help you.. read your labels - don't eat what your grand grand mother would not recognize as food! Take your supplements like these and you will see huge difference.

I have tried many different kinds of multivitamin in the past mostly to help me obtain some of the vitamins and minerals I don't get from my diet. I honestly have to say that this one has stand out above the rest. I feel more energy and mental clarity with this product than with the others I have taken before. Will recommend to any one looking for a very good supplement.

Received bottle and some capsules were broken. So all the capsules were covered in the substance that supposed to be inside the capsules.

I originally purchased my first bottle about two months ago. I had been taking Metformin and Insulin and got tired of the needle pricks and side effects of the Metformin, so I did some research on Amazon reviews and tried it. I am very happy with the results so far. I take one capsule twice a day and my blood sugar is within normal range, even though I cheat a lot and eat deserts. I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone on prescription meds. I will be taking this from now on.
