Ive tried all sorts of dressings on my wounds where my incisions split post surgery due to infection and I was panicking nothing would ever work and id end up with more infections as they just weren't closing. A few days with these and I am finally seeing new skin grow to fill the gaps! I could cry im so relieved. They stick really well but dont pull at wound or surrounding skin at all when removed. They give comfort when on and pain relief. I have ordered some more as you dont get many, they are a bit expensive but they work and think I will always keep some in now for any future injuries. Very impressed and extremely grateful. Seeing my wounds heal a bit more each day has alleviated some of the post op depression I was experiencing. I never thought anything would work and id end up having to be restitched but these have saved me from more surgery. Thankyou!

Excellent dressings that provide a great coverage for wounds without causing irritation to the skin. Although sticking very well to the slin, they are also very easy to remove without causing any pain. They are also very gently on surgical glue and stitches when being removed. I really appreciated the quick postage as the dressings were delivered to my house before my operation, so I could use them straight away when my dressings needed changing.

Bought these as suddenly had a break out of very painful dry skin with hard spots underneath looked like acne I'm 61 never had problem before I read that these keep skin barrier moist to aid healing and also draw out fluid etc from spots Absolutely brilliant 3 weeks and nothing was working I've used these on face ever night for 3 days and at last starting to heal where spots are o the dressing those parts go white as the dressing draw out infection. A bit expensive but worth it

works well no leaks ,lever is a bit stiff but clip works to hold water flow open

Had these before they was brilliant when I had a small abcess on my back that burst kept it clean and healthy and healed brilliantly

Excellent product bit expensive but worth the money

Quite a remarkable product because I use blood thinner a small but unpleasant wound was producing a lot of blood. I kept them in medicine cabinet typically hadn’t read instructions 🙄 swiftly cleaned things up I couldn’t even see whether my placement was correct. Bleeding stopped I then read you could leave it on so just went with it after a couple of days decided to remove it I was paranoid it would rip off scab and hurt. But neither I found out it leaves breathable covering. I’m still amazed. Sorry for graphic review but it should help others. Couple of comments that the adhesive is poor well it is sort of unless you want it ripping skin off. If I to place it on on flexible part of the body I would use extra strapping as for the price worth every penny.

Sometimes get a small broken area on my ankle and this dressing always does the trick and it heals quickly and beautifully Easy to use and can also be cut to size. Long expiry date which makes it a better product to have in the first aid kit at home than the manuka honey in a tube, which has to be used within a set period of time once opened

Monatelanges probieren mit Salbenverbänden, diversen Wundauflagen und ständigem Verbandswechsel und doch nur kleine Schritte bei der Wundheilung. Man verzweifelt. Dann habe ich in Fachinformationen die Gel-Pflaster entdeckt und probiert, mit merklichem Erfolg. Die Wunden bildeten neue Haut und schlossen sich langsam aber sicher. Da bei uns die Pflaster aber teuer sind habe ich die aus England bestellt und der Erfolg war gleich wie beim teueren Produkt . Nach 4 Wochen war das eine Bein verheilt. 3 Wochen später auch das anderen Bein. Nach 4 Monaten ohne große Fortschritte dann der Erfolg, ohne Salben nur mit dem Pflaster, alle 4-6 Tage, je nach Feuchtigkeit im Gel, wechseln, Wunde säubern, generell auf Sauberkeit / Desinfektion achten und man kann fast zusehen bei der Heilung. Ein tolles Gefühl, aber ich frag mich warum gab es beim Hautarzt keine Info dazu, nur Salbe und warum werden die Pflaster bei uns nicht verschrieben die Salben wo weniger bringen aber schon. Ich kann die Gel-Pflaster nur empfehlen !

Ich habe mir das Pflaster gekauft, nachdem sich eine Stelle an meiner Narbe über Wochen nicht schließen wollte ! Mein Arzt gab mir den Tipp und das war super ! Nach ewigen machen und tun vorher über Wochen , hat sich hier nach zwei Wochen die Wunde komplett geschlossen! Perfekt !

Ich habe das Produkt zur Wundbehandlung eingesetzt. Die Wunde ist sofort schmerzfrei. Da die Kleberänder etwas schmal sind, habe ich beste Erfahrungen mit einem Überkleben mit GoTA-Film 6 x 10 cm.
